This is a ticketed event and all ticket sales are final and non refundable. All attendees must be 25+ and have a purchased ticket to attend. There will be a cash bar and a whole lot of FUN! Toya is asking that each attendee come dressed in fashion from either the 90's or Early 2000's. We want you to rep your decade all night long!!
