The Center for Planning Excellence is assisting Scotlandville residents with applying for free home weatherization assistance. The Center for Planning Excellence is assisting Scotlandville residents with applying for free home weatherization assistance for those who qualify, through the Quad Area Weatherization Assistance Program. CPEX is hosting three application assistance events in conjunction with Councilwoman Banks to help residents submit applications for free home weatherization.
