We'll have beer, outdoor games, a beer'd & mustache contest, food, music, and more! Free admission, no tickets required Our beloved Utepils celebration is back this year. Utepils is a Norwegian word that essentially translates to “outdoors lager.” It marks the enjoyment of a first beer outside after a long, cold winter. With the arrival of spring and the addition of several new breweries in Johnson County, there is no better time to cheers to outdoor beers! We'll have beer, outdoor games, food, music, and more! Admission is free, no tickets or registration required. To make the most of your Utepils experience we’ll issue you a special passport. Make sure you stop by the information table to pick one up. Get it stamped at each brewery booth and the Farmers Market information table, then turn it in for your chance at winning a prize! Buy local. Buy beer. Buy local beer. We'll be the judge of that! Enter the second annual Beer'd & Mustache Contest during Utepils at the Lenexa Public Market (a celebration of enjoying the first beer outside after a long, cold winter).
