Join us at Strawberry Creek Park as we remove invasive ivy from the creek banks! Help to restore a riparian area in an important local creek Where:1260 Allston Way, Berkeley, CA 94702 Meet along the creek on East side of the park on the grassy area closest to the play ground at where West Street ends at the park Strawberry Creek Park is in central Berkeley between Bonar Street and West Street. If accessing from the North Berkeley BART, walk along Acton Street towards University Avenue. Continue along Acton Street until Allston Way. Take a right on Allston Way, following this road until it reaches a dead end at a cul-de-sac where the park is located. If accessing from UC Berkeley, take University Avenue towards the I-80 freeway. Take a left on Acton Street. Follow this street until Allston Way, then take a right. Continue down this road until the road ends at a cul-de-sac where the park is located. If accessing from the I-80, take the exit for University Avenue and take University Avenue up to either Bonar Street or Acton Street and take a right. Continue along Bonar Street until Allston Way and take a left. The street ends at the park. Continue along Acton Street until Allston Way and take a right.
