Celebrate the Memorial Day weekend with an all out Southern Style BBQ themed class. Explore a few of the many different BBQ flavors that the Southern states have to offer, with traditional sides to accompany. Today you’ll make, and dine on; Sandwich rolls, sweet and spicy Kansas City BBQ, shredded chicken, and golden South Carolina BBQ sauces, southern style coleslaw and corn pudding to end on a sweet note. Paired with a Kentucky Mule. About the Location This class will be held at our teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street in Salt Lake City. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and tools required. Closed toe shoes and appropriate attire is required for the class. There is no minimum experience required.
