Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a deep meditation that uses a variety of techniques—including guided imagery and body scanning—to aid relaxation and offer balance and healing in the body and mind. Practitioners can expect to leave the practice feeling restored and rejuvenated. This practice is for all levels of yogis. Benefits Through a regular practice of Yoga Nidra one is able to remove negative habits, patterns and behaviors.
