Winslow had designed and facilitated the SA Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Alexander Briseño Leadership Development Program for the ten years including 2020 on a fully remote platform. Mr. Swart serves on The University of The Incarnate Word’s MAA Advisory Board and is an adjunct professor of organization development and change. Winslow has lectured on entrepreneurial leadership at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands, at Google in Tel Aviv, Israel, and at colleges and universities in the U.S. including Trinity’s Entrepreneurship program and UTSA’s Executive MBA program. Winslow is also a published author and columnist in the fields of startup entrepreneurship and organizational development. He is also a founding member of Geekdom and established their Strategic Partnership Program and the Open Cloud Academy. In addition, Winslow Swart is a master instructor in the Japanese cultural and martial art of Kenseido, a discipline he pioneered to the U.S. from Japan, and has dedicated over 50 years of his life to the study and education of these traditions in Japan, and around the world.
