Join us for a fun evening of pairing slices of some of our delicious pizzas with samples from Metazoa Brewing Co. Enjoy a relaxing evening tasting a variety of crusts, cheeses, and toppings and learn about Metazoa's line-up from their Brewmaster, John Hall. Pizza Margherita Traditional Thin Crust paired with Nap in the Hammock Cream Ale Meaty Mafioso Traditional Thin Crust paired with Hoppopotamus IPA Sicilian Cheese Slider and Breadstick with Marinara Dipping Sauce Big Daddy BBQ Deep-Dish Sicilian paired with Ruh Roh American Amber Ale Cinnamon Sugar Stick with White Icing Dipping Sauce paired with Puppy Slumber Party Peanut Butter Milk Stout ***** Your host for the evening will be Noble Roman's Catering & Special Events Manager Ben Fronczek to introduce the various pizza slices and special guest John Hall to speak on the beer pairings. John was born and raised on the Northwest side of Chicago. Having a love for beer and already homebrewing for about a year, he confidently, if not irrationally, quit his job and and enrolled at The Siebel Institute, the country's oldest brewing school. After graduation, he landed a cellar position at Goose Island Beer Co. He worked at Goose Island for 15 years and in that time, worked up to the position of Head Brewer. After Goose Island, he moved on to become Brewmaster at the Latin American-inspired startup brewery, 5 Rabbit Cerveceria. After 4 plus years at 5 Rabbit, he came to Metazoa in Indianapolis.Must be 21 to attend. Advanced reservations required by 5pm the day of the event.
