This one-hour sound healing workshop will help to reduce stress, increase focus, and allow the body and mind to experience deep rest.
Sound healing meditations work with intention and sound to encourage the body, mind, and energy of a person to be in a more harmonious state. When we work with sound, we are able to connect in a non-verbal way to create a space for release and deep rest within. This space is where human beings remember how to heal and feel well on a deeper level.
