You are invited to participate in the formation of the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP)! This event will be held on Saturday April 30th at the Banneker Community Center from 1:15-3:15 pm. If you are unable to attend this event, there is another Think Tank session to be held on Wednesday April 27th at the Switchyard Pavilion from 4-6 pm.
