Join Dorothy Smullen to learn what wild plants you can eat around your own garden. Led by Dorothy Smullen, Teacher Naturalist Now is the time to review what wild plants you can eat around your own garden. Even some invasive plants can be used as food. Join Dorothy indoors for an illustrated talk with recipes. Weather permitting, we’ll walk the trails to look for edible plants. Recommended for adults. COST: $13 members, $16 nonmembers. Registration required by 4/29 at 4:00 PM. One person per ticket. You must pre-register, walk-ins will not be allowed to participate. Limit 10. Interested in becoming a member? NEW JERSEY AUDUBON'S PROGRAM GUIDELINES: Effective June 4, 2021, fully vaccinated people may attend outdoor programs without masks. If you are unvaccinated, please mask up. CANCELLATION: NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. If we cancel, due to lack of participation, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and are eligible for a full refund. Participants may cancel without penalty if greater than 48 hours in advance. Sorry, no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance unless due to health emergencies; however registrations can be transferred to another program in the future.
