Description
Looking for a good fit for an amazing company in need of a full-time maintenance person. Hours: 6:30AM - 3:30PM (an hour for lunch)
This position is based at our Houston office on Fannin St. the ideal candidate is willing and able to travel in their personal vehicle between our locations.
Duties include but not limited to: Parking lot maintenance, landscaping, heating, lighting, restroom maintenance, drywall patching, painting, pressing washing, elevator reset, janitorial supplies inventory, vendors support when required and everyday building maintenance.
