Dinner 6 of the Omnivore series will start to focus on spring offering. We are pleased to announce The Omnivore Dinner Series, dinner number six. Dunk’s Mushrooms and chef Keith Wilson Present a limited number of seats to enjoy a four course meal entirely devoted to the love of mushrooms. If you are a mushroom lover, foodie, curious about the many culinary uses of mushrooms or just want to see the inside of a working mushroom farm, this is the event for you. With almost two decades of experience throughout the Seacoast at such eateries as Blue Moon Evolution, Surf Sushi, and Ristorante Molise, Chef Keith Wilson’s kitchen background is diverse. Combine that with William “Dunk” Dunkerley’s encyclopedic Knowledge of all things mycological and the result is a meal to remember. Dunk and Keith will be around all night to answer questions and there will be a chance to purchase mushrooms and products from our retail store after the meal. Dine in the harvesting room just feet from where the food you will be eating was grown. For this week's meal we will be embracing spring and pairing mushrooms with flavors local to New England. We are unable to post the menu until a few days before the event as one of the goals of the meal is to utilize fresh and locally sourced ingredients and frankly the chef doesn't know what he will be serving sometimes until hours before the meal, it keeps it fun! We can tell you whatever we come up with will be unlike anything you have had before and will leave you wondering what else we can put mushrooms in. The Omnivore Series may, can and might contain any or all of the flowing: Wheat, Dairy, Meat, Seafood, Butter, Bacon, Shellfish, Tree Nuts, peanuts, pine nuts, soy, butter, sugar, Whip Cream, Flavor and LOVE. No refunds will be available after 24 hours before doors open. This is a B.Y.0.B Event. Water and coffee will be provided.
