Leave the past, surrender the future and arrive to the potent presence of the body. Ecstatic Dance is primal, powerful, and incredibly freeing. This ecstatic dance is a guided journey led by @rohinielyse with the intention of bringing you into yourself, and the depths of your emotion through movement. The journey will start slowly, build to a climax and release, and will end in a self-love meditation. Everyone can dance, as simply as everyone can breathe.
