Join us for Marin County's Queer Prom! This is a space for Marin County students currently in high school to connect, dance, and more. It's a queer renaissance! Wear formal prom attire, or dress in costume! Calling all elves, wizards, knights, and royalty -- this is your moment to shine. Renaissance gear, and fantasy costumes are encouraged and celebrated... and you can enter to be a part of our costume contest! We'll have dancing, board games, a movie playing, and more. This will be a substance free space and is only open to LGBTQ+ high school students and allies who live in (or go to school in) Marin County. Tickets are limited to 111 attendees and cost $25. No one will be turned away for lack of funds -- just email Fel at [email protected] or message us on instagram @the_spahr_center_ for information on getting a free ticket. No judgement, and completely confidential! At this point, masks will be required indoors and optional outdoors. We will provide an update on COVID safety precautions if the recommendations from Marin Public Health change.
