King, ISHC, is the Founder & Principal of Quality Management Services, LLC, an organizational development and training firm with expertise in Quality + Service, Leadership + Staff Development Facilitation of Strategic Planning + Meetings. Judy co-authored Quality Leadership and Management in the Hospitality Industry, now in its third edition, for the American Hotel & Lodging Association's Educational Institute and has delivered seminars in Leadership and Customer Service for AH&LA in forty-six states. Early in her career, Judy was the Employee Relations Manager for the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN. She subsequently served as Quality Manager, responsible for the design, implementation, and management of quality assurance for the Hotel. Greater Knoxville Hospitality Association (GKHA) is offering this career development seminar to hospitality/tourism and other interested professionals.
