The Jason Foundation's Suicide Prevention Community Event in Partnership With Creekside Behavioral Health The Jason Foundation and Creekside Behavioral Health invite you to attend our FREE awareness and education community event on May 12th, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the Kingsport Farmer's Market. This event will feature food, and a speaker from The Jason Foundation discussing suicide prevention in the community and how to get involved. Additionally, there will be resources from other organization in the community that can provide education, care and support.
