An exciting way to tap into your own creative power. An exciting and fun opportunity dedicated to tapping into your creativity, while using a movement meditation technique! Intuitive energy painting is an opportunity to explore the inner self and tune into your own creative process while releasing attachment to meaning, control, expertise or final product. Class will be taught by Ivy and consist of not only learning about movement meditation but applying those lessons to create beautiful energy work. All paint and supplies will be provided. Attendees will walk out with artwork that they create. Limited tickets available!
