Are you ready to clean up your thoughts and narratives so that you can feel better, make different and healthier choices, and reach that goal of what wellness means for you?
If so, then you are ready for Mindset Movement for Wellness with Cara! She is ready to share her journey with you in hopes of making your journey more fulfilling.
Let’s spend some time together talking about our nervous system and what techniques we can use to help regulate it. In this workshop we will discuss the differences between our thinking mind and observing mind allowing us to learn the beauty of managing our thoughts and narratives.
In this time together we will also define what wellness means for ourselves, as it is different for every individual. What I need for my well-being may not be the same as what you need. We will then look at the thoughts that keep us out of well-being and rework those thoughts resulting in different action.
We will look at these three questions:
1) Where can we have more compassion for ourselves in this cycle of thoughts?
2) Where can we change the language so we take action from a different place of feeling?
3) How can or will we feel when we thrive from these new circumstances?
Cara is the founder of Rooted in Transformation, a life/mindset coaching business. Come join her on April 30th for an opportunity to share in the experience of learning more about how we can shift our mindset to shift our wellness.
The workshop is scheduled from 1pm-3pm. Please bring with you a journal, pens, pencils or markers, and your water body. Herbal tea will be supplied. Chairs will be supplied, but if you prefer to sit on the floor, please bring a blanket or bolster!
