Do you have a tasty idea for a food business? Are you a food entrepreneur who wants to grow your business? Do you want to learn more about utilizing local and heritage resources? Startup Tucson in partnership with Tucson City of Gastronomy have teamed up to present a series of three workshops aimed at supporting small, local food businesses to grow and scale their business. The Leveraging Local & Heritage Resources workshop will cover how food entrepreneurs can incorporate heritage and local foods into their recipes or products to create more sustainable businesses that value people, culture, and the environment. Local experts will offer insights into how to benefit from living in a UNESCO City of Gastronomy, using heritage products, and working with local producers.
