We Love Our City - Vendor Fair! April 24 - 30 is "We Love Oglethorpe Week" and Saturday is "We Love Our City Day"! The Grand Finale of the week!!Community Clean Up by the Macon County G.E.N.T.S. organization, parade, Street, Park, Building & Fire Truck Dedications, Environmental Justice Tour, jumpy houses, vendor fair, food, prizes, music, fun, and more!!! Something for everyone!! Oglethorpe Citizens and friends will be taking in all of the activities, sites, events, seminars and more at this "party with a purpose"! This is your opportunity to put your products and services in front of the movie goers! The vendor fair will be from 10 am - 5 pm. (Set up at 9 am) Vendor rates are as follows:Vendors (food, products, services)$50 for Saturday-------Fundraising Civic and community organizations, non-profits, churches (Non-profit/501c3 documentation must be provided)$25 for Saturday events--------Informative Civic and community organizations, non-profits, churches (Non-profit/501c3 documentation must be provided)FREE---------Seminar speakers get a free vendor tableVendor GuidelinesAll vendors must bring their own tables and chairs.Limited outlets for electricity are available. Please indicate if you need electric power.(you must bring your own extension cords)Only one vendor/business per space. No exceptions!No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed to be sold or consumed on site. No exceptions!Vendors are required to wear masks and to have hand sanitizer on site when interacting with patrons/attendees. If handling food, you are required to wear self provided gloves.Trash cans will be onsite but all vendors are required to keep their areas clean and tidy. Dumping used oil on premises is prohibited!
