Join Film Society KC in partnership with B&B Theatres Mainstreet KC as we host an opening night screening of THE NORTHMAN. Join Film Society KC (FSKC) on Thursday, April 21st at 7 pm in partnership with B&B Theatres Mainstreet KC as we host an opening night screening of acclaimed director Robert Eggers' THE NORTHMAN, a new action-packed epic thriller that follows a young Viking prince on his quest to avenge his father's murder. This film is the first in a new, monthly film series that will be hosted by Film Society KC at B&B Theatres Mainstreet KC at the Power & Light District. Film Society KC staff will provide a brief introduction prior to the film and officially launch the new film series kickoff while providing context into the film and the director. After the film, join FSKC members to discuss the film downstairs at Johnnie's Jazz Bar and Grill at B&B. FSKC is proud to provide limited quantities of free tickets to UMKC film students (10) and FSKC members (10) while supplies last. You must show your Film Society KC membership card or proof of purchase, or your UMKC Student ID at the door in order to claim the ticket.
