Responsibilities: Assist in the installation of HVAC systems in commercial and residential buildings Conduct installation, maintenance and repair of rooftop units for heating and air conditioning, as well as indoor and outdoor units of residential and commercial buildings Use various tools required for HVAC installation Clean and replace air ducts Follow the instructions for the selection and delivery of parts, tools, and consumables to the work site Inspect tools, materials and equipment and keep them in working order Conduct preventive maintenance of HVAC systems and related equipment under the guidance of an experienced technician Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and replace of plumbing and electrical systems Coordinate with team members to ensure excellent customer service Ensure that all HVAC systems comply with industry standards and regulations Take HVAC Helper Training Program and pass the corresponding exam Qualifications: Higher education (preferably technical) Additional education in HVAC and related is desirable Knowledge of HVAC systems and their internal structure Knowledge and ability to use all tools and equipment necessary for the installation and maintenance of HVAC Good driving record and valid driver license as needed Valid work permit Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed Ability to follow instructions Good communication skills English and Russian language as needed We offer: 25$ Hourly W-2 employment
