AWAKEN YOUR INNER GODDES AND RELEASE ALL THE THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN HOLDING YOU BACK! This new season requires us to detach from anything that does not align with GOD's plan for us. Join me as I host the first "INVITATION TO ELEVATION". Physical fitness is important, but we also need to make sure that we are doing quarterly assessments of our MENTAL and SPIRITUAL HEALTH as well. This workshop will be dedicated to affirming ourselves positively and breaking free from negativity. Please be prepared to have some laughs, shed some tears, and walk into the best version of yourself.
