Learn about Berkeley County’s founders, the beginnings of Martinsburg and prominent leaders that followed in their footsteps since the 1700s. Tour highlights include the historic Berkeley County Courthouse, Aspen Hall, Adam Stephen House and the Martinsburg Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Roundhouse and associated shop buildings.
