A Bellevue,WA construction company specializing in the construction of commercial buildings from the ground up is looking for a highly proficient and experienced commercial construction lead superintendent. Previous projects have included schools, fire stations, and industrial facilities. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and with deadlines. Excellent communication skills are required. Must have project lead experience. PAY: $110k-$140k Depends on Experience BENEFITS: -Full medical benefits -PTO -Bonus structure -Profit sharing -401(k) -Relocation package RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to: -Successfully manage all aspects of field operations on large-scale construction projects -Manage the execution of work and operate as a resource to all team members -Director of multiple projects -Communicates and coordinates effectively with Project Manager, Regional General Superintendent and all other staff -Coordinates all subcontractor work -Does hiring and directing of labor -Approves jobsite layout and laydown -Secures and manages temporary facilities throughout the project -Communicates effectively with architect and owner -Provide estimating assistance, as needed -Evaluate and resolve dimensional problems related to construction docs and drawings REQUIREMENTS include, but are not limited to: -Excellent leadership skills -Strong work ethic -Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written -Attention to detail and quality control -Relationship and teamwork building skills -Great problem-solving skills -Completion of certified 4-year Carpenter's Apprenticeship Program or equivalent experience/education preferred -10+ years' field experience preferred -BS Degree in Construction Management OR -AA Degree in Construction related major with 3 years field experience AND -5+ years leading a commercial project as a Superintendent -Experience with Primavera Contractor scheduling program a huge plus MUST BE ABLE to pass a background check, drug screen, credit check, and motor vehicle report
