WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions: William J. Gaviria, 47, of Wallingford, was arrested March 13 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of April 22, according to state judicial records. Randall C. Taylor, 60, of North Branford, was arrested March 14 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 25. Jerry W. Tardiff, 29, of Meriden, was arrested March 15 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of April 26. Evan C. Roberts, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested March 16 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 27. John Delaney, 29, of Meriden, was arrested March 17 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of May 10. Laterese D. Yopp, 38, of New Haven, was arrested March 18 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 6. Jason A. Goriss, 48, of Wallingford, was arrested March 18 on charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and illegal sexual contact – victim under age 16. He was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond with a court date of May 11. Ryan N. Clermont, 25, of Meriden, was arrested March 19 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive right – slow speed. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of April 14. Joshua E. Morales, 31, of East Haven, was arrested March 20 on two counts of violation of protective order and interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 26. Erik Rodrigues, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested March 20 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 18. Ian D. Fuchs, 51, of Wallingford, was arrested March 21 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of April 28.
