Join us for a night of educational fun! Participants will learn hands-on the techniques required to build some of our favorite cocktails Eastern Kille Cocktail Class: Infusions Join us at the Tasting Room for a fun & educational evening! Your Eastern Kille cocktail class will consist of a welcome cocktail and light snacks upon arrival, a brief overview of the history of Eastern Kille, a small sample of several spirits we will be working with, a verbal education and hands on learning of the building of 3 cocktails. After the introduction, our experienced Bartender will lead you though the techniques and steps necessary to build (and then consume of course!) 3 separate cocktails. Each attendee will have their own station with all the necessary tools to create and garnish their own drinks. What To Expect: Light snacks will be provided but we recommend eating before/after your classSmall spirit samples and up to 3-4 cocktails over the course of the 2-hour classAll guests must be 21+ and are required to have valid ID  Cocktail Class : Savory Sips Each cocktail class will cover a different cocktail category, spirit or flavor profile. This class we will be exploring the role of infused spirits and how they can impact your favorite cocktails. We will also discuss the basics of how to successfully infuse some of your favorite flavors into spirits at home.
