If you haven't, welcome to a new experience. Liberian cuisine is one of the most flavor-filled cuisines in West Africa! Our mission is to share Liberia's exotic aromas, cultures, and values while building bonds with our guests one meal at a time. Chef Ameneh looks forward to sharing her family recipes with you! Your menu will include a four-course meal of her authentic Liberian recipes. — first — Tripoli Bites: Assorted vegetables roasted in olive oil and a blend of herbs, served over homemade hummus, topped with a pinch of feta and black olives. **Vegetarian option available** — next — Samosa Sticks: Liberian-style spicy samosas. This pastry is filled with ground beef, baby butter potatoes, and exotic spices cooked to perfection. Then wrapped in a pastry dough and fried until golden brown. Crispy on the outside and mouth-watering on the inside. — then — Ground Peanut Stew: Liberian authentic spicy groundnut stew. A rich homemade spice-infused peanut sauce, cooked on low heat with seasoned herbed chicken. Served with white jasmine rice. — finally — Coffee Cake: Mouthwatering coffee cake topped with a biscuit crunch and bits of coffee bites.Crowd favorite!
