Here are the top three stories in Buffalo today: An arbitrator has cleared two Buffalo Police Department officers from any wrongdoing during an incident that occurred during a 2020 protest. Officers Aaron Torgalski and Officer Robert McCabe were accused of using excessive force against a 75-year-old protestor. The two officers have been suspended during the investigation. (WKBW 7 News Buffalo)The City of Buffalo is hosting an event that will enable the community to properly dispose of unwanted documents and clothing items. The event is this Saturday at JFK Park starting at 9:00 a.m. The city will be shredding confidential documents and accepting clothes to be donated to the Western New York Coalition for Donated Goods. The department will conduct testing starting Apr. 11 at Erie County Health Clinic, Cheektowaga Senior Center, and the Erie County Emergency and Training Operations Center.
