We are searching for a skilled carpet cleaning technician to join our growing staff. In this role, it will be your primary responsibility to clean our clients’ carpets. You’ll start this process by assessing their carpet and determining which tools, techniques, and cleaning materials will work best. You will need to be familiar with a wide variety of carpet cleaning products and techniques to ensure that you deliver high-quality results. You should also be able to provide excellent customer service and to answer any questions that our clients may have about the maintenance of their carpeted areas. We’re also looking for candidates who have solid sales abilities. When you’re working on a client’s carpet, you will have the opportunity to up-sell them on the various services and products that we offer.
