looking to join a small intermediate band

I’m a 16 year old intermediate guitar player looking for a small band to join to hopefully get me better at playing and working with others. I’m open to playing whatever but I really love playing rock and metal mostly. I really don’t know too much but I really love playing what I can and really want to get better. I have two guitars a PRS SE Tremonti and a sterling cutlass and my amp is a Line 6 Spider Jam.
