Press release from Hamilton County Schools: April 6, 2022 Chattanooga, Tenn. (March 7, 2022) – The Tennessee Tiered Supports Center (TSC) recognizes schools across the state for successful implementation of Response to Instruction and Intervention for Behavior (RTI2-B). This year, five HCS schools were recognized with various awards. These schools were dedicated to improving student learning and strengthening positive behavior in their school cultures. The Howard School is the only high school in Tennessee to receive the highest distinction for RTI2-B implementation. Howard earned Gold medal status for their "Tiger Way" initiative.
