Need yard advice. Weed and feed now?

My yard needs a bit of work, it has a bunch of weeds, and I'd like some advice. Daisies, dollar weeds, and some others. Should I weed and feed now? Or maybe it would be better to control my weeds first with an herbicide, and then feed after that? I made a little video of my yard.
