PITTSBURGH, PA — A West Mifflin man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old child at a Pleasant Hills motel. Dondre Kelly, 27, was apprehended Thursday by Allegheny County Sheriff's Office deputies. He faces charges of statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse , unlawful contact with minor, rape, sexual assault, concealment - whereabouts of child, corruption of minors, endangering welfare of children, criminal use of communication facility, prohibited acts indecent exposure, indecent assault and open lewdness. According to a release from Sheriff Kevin Kraus, Kelly contacted the child's mother stating that he wanted to take the child to a birthday party at Dave and Buster's at The Waterfront in Homestead.
