Does anyone of THE BLACK COMMUNITY know how many people died to bring an end to slavery in America concluding the actual death toll for the Civil War? Of course not... They could care less. They are too busy crying "V-I-C-T-I-M!!!!! They're always there to complain about slavery... but when it comes to the historical sacrifice... the black community dismisses it... screaming out "white privilege," and "death to whitey!" The amount who died is between 650,000 and 850,000—and by prudently splitting the difference, proposed a new number: Officially 717,000 causalities, as reported in America’s Civil War. That's one third of the American population at the time. It also inspired a major New York Times story in April by Guy Gugliotta (whose new book, Freedom’s Cap, by the way, tells the extraordinary story of the U.S. Capitol and the coming of the rebellion). The scholarly journal Civil War History not only published the Hacker findings but trumpeted them, almost uncharacteristically, as “among the most consequential pieces ever to appear” between its covers. Know how many soldiers gave their lives for slavery were "white?" Officially? 618,222. That means 88% of those who died to free the slaves were WHITE men. THAT'S RIGHT!!!! The war began when the Confederates bombarded Union soldiers at Fort Sumter, South Carolina on April 12, 1861. The war ended in Spring, 1865. Robert E. Lee surrendered the last major Confederate army to Ulysses S. Grant. Where's the gratitude? Who's gonna pay for our, and our ancestor's sacrifices? And this DOESN'T COUNT what America has done for you since!!!!! The Black Community wants to erase the history of this country so they can continue to justify their delusional victimization!!!! It's getting old... and I am getting tired of my country being "ripped off" by the black community! We have sacrificed so much and received so little... ACTUALLY... WE RECIEVED NOTHING. It's getting old... and I, as well as the rest of the hard working Americans, will no longer tolerate your criminal actions! You don't like my country? YOU DON'T WANT TO EARN THE AMERICAN DREAM? THEN GET THE HELL OUT! America will do better WITHOUT you!
