JOLIET, IL — A 36-year-old Joliet woman from the 1200 block of Elizabeth Street faces felony charges accusing her of dealing cocaine, court documents show. Joliet police put Michelle Hamer into the Will County Jail on Tuesday night. A resident of Joliet's west side, Hamer remains unable to come up with 10 percent of her $30,000 bail, jail logs show. The Will County State's Attorney's Office has charged Hamer with three counts of delivery of controlled substances. The Joliet Police Department's narcotics investigation determined that Hamer was delivering cocaine on March 1, March 25 and April 5, her criminal complaint read. All three of her drug deals involved distributing 1 to 15 grams of cocaine, the prosecutors outlined.
