Press release from the City of Shakopee: April 8, 2022 The City Council will be asked at the April 19, 2022 City Council meeting, held at 7 p.m. in City Council Chambers, located at 485 Gorman Street, to consider adopting a proposed ordinance amending City Code Section 151.007 (General Regulations). Proposed Ordinance O2022-013 [PDF] amends 151.007 (General Regulations) of the City Code by adding Fuel Stations, Industrial, as a conditional use in the Heavy Industry (I-2) Zoning District with specific conditions being established to address the unique characteristics of certain land uses.
