We hope to hear from you soon.JOB SUMMARYVilla Marin is currently looking for a Full-Time Activities Coordinator - Life Enrichment Coordinator who is responsible for a variety of duties in the Health Center including but not limited to: Implementing therapeutic, meaningful activity programs to meet the individual Patient Care Unit (PCU) residents’ needs and interests. Providing back-up and other assistance to the entire activity team as needed. The right candidate for this position must be available to work a flexible schedule; shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.SCHEDULE:• Full-Time, 40 hours per week• Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00am – 6:30pm• Shifts will include Saturdays and some holidaysKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:• Experience in a social or recreational program in a health care or senior services setting• Knowledge of the regulatory requirements applicable to the Patient Care Unit and SkilledNursing Facility activities• Patience and understanding of the aged, tact and courtesy in dealing with residentsREQUIREMENTSApplicant must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Also must meet health assessment requirements as regulated by the California Department of Social Services.
