SUPERVISOR Pay: $15.00 - $20.00+ hourly Job type: Part-time (transitioning into full time) Experience: Lawn Care: 2 years (Preferred) Responsibilities: Train new employees, Maintain lawns to a premium standard Required: having a truck (you will be reimbursed on mileage) Schedule: 30 - 40 hrs/week with Flexible Weekends As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of 1-3 lawn care technicians to ensure each project is completed within a timely manner and maintains premium quality! The ideal candidate is a self-started individual that can effectively communicate within a team. Part of the Supervisor’s role will be to communicate directly with customers and represent the company in a professional manner. CREW MEMBER Pay: $11.00 - $15.00+ hourly We are searching for dependable crew members who love working outdoors in all aspects of the landscaping business. Crew Member roles involve: Mowing/lawncare, Landscaping, Assisting with Material pick-up and delivery, Job Site Cleanup, & Pressure Washing. Opportunities for increased pay are readily available if you show us over several months that you are able to take leadership & are dependable!
