BETHEL, CT — Police have charged a 16-year-old with first-degree manslaughter and first-degree assault after they say the juvenile shot another family member in the chest with a BB gun Friday night. The victim later died at Danbury Hospital, the News-Times has reported. The teen has been transferred to the custody of the Bridgeport Juvenile Detention Center. For more, see the News-Times.
