9 month old Shepard-Heeler mix puppy in need of good home

Hello I am looking to find a loving home for my 9 month old puppy Theodore. He is a Shepard-Heeler mix, he is very smart, loving and trained pretty well for his age. He is potty trained and knows about 5 or 6 commands. We would love to keep him but currently life circumstances are requiring us to downsize and we currently have 2 other dogs and a baby. Must be a loving home willing to pay a very small rehoming fee (100) to prove you are willing and able to care for him and that there’s no I’ll intention. He will make an awesome dog to a family, he has his quarks but he is still such a baby despite the fact he is about 60 pounds as it stands. Shoot me a text my name is Aaron.
