As a Human Bees employee you will receive: • Weekly Pay • Temp-to-Hire Employment • Training and Coaching • On the job feedback • Safety Conscious • Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply You will be working with an experienced team on 3rd shift They will provide training and leadership, so your growth potential is maximized Job status - Full time Hours / Temp-to-Hire Work Schedule – 4 days a week 10 hour days with over time Pay rate - $17.00 per hour with overtime Primary Duties & Responsibilities • Conducts lab testing to ensure specification conformance, product safety, productivity, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Hourly line testing to monitor spec. compliance and product safety • Places “Hold” tags on any product that is nonconforming • Proper documentation of all product testing, maintenance of audit records, HACCP Deviation, Hold & Rework Product Disposition • Performs preoperational inspections to ensure proper plant sanitation, monthly plant inspections, and works with QA Manager to determine corrective actions • Retains sample checking to verify equilibrated product specification compliance • Communicates with all supervisors and plant foremen to ensure accurate product handling • Report any Food Safety Issues or Foreign Material Incidents to QA Manager and complete paperwork as needed. • Preoperational inspections and corrective actions • Perform other duties as assigned.
