Full-time Qualifications • Ability to verbally communicate in English (Required) • US work authorization (Required) • Underground Mining Experience: 3 years (Minimum as described below) • Certifications a plus Mine Electrician Meridiam Partners is looking to hire Underground Mine Electricians for a project working in a mine in New Mexico. Electricians should have experience diagnosing and repairing electrical concerns on continuous miners, roof bolters, shuttle cars, scoops and other mobile equipment as well as stationary equipment such as conveyors, feeder/breakers, pumps, lighting, ventilation equipment, and mine-wide power distribution systems. We are a growing company with substantial workload and require an experienced, versatile, and positive minded personnel, willing and able to maintain a safe working environment for our teammates and customers. Complete daily paperwork (i.e. daily equipment pre-operational reports, daily production pass-downs). Strong work ethic/team player attitude. Typical work shift is 12 hours per day Monday -- Friday. However, additional hours and/or Saturdays may be necessary. Per Diem paid for out of town work. Requirements: • Be at least 18 years of age. • Ability to travel to out of town work during week and/or weekends • Ability to lift 50+lbs • Ability to work in all weather. • Punctual and reliable. • Must be able to pass a drug and background check • Must have reliable transportation to work Eligible for Benefits within 60 days!
