Full-time Qualifications • Ability to verbally communicate in English (Required) • US work authorization (Required) • Underground Mining Experience: 3 years (Minimum as described below) • Certifications a plus Welder/Maintenance Technician Meridiam Partners is looking to hire maintenance technicians with experience with underground and surface mining and/or construction mechanical maintenance and operations for various projects. Applicants should have strong experience in constructing and assembling material handling equipment, including ore chutes, conveyors, crushers, screens, and other materials handling equipment as well as experience welding and fabricating. Underground Mining and MSHA training a plus. We are a growing company with substantial workload and require an experienced, versatile, and positive minded personnel, willing and able to maintain a safe working environment for our teammates and customers. Complete daily paperwork (i.e. daily equipment pre-operational reports, daily production pass-downs, work order repair reports). Strong work ethic/team player attitude. Typical work shift is 12 hours per day Monday -- Friday. However, additional hours and/or Saturdays may be necessary. Per Diem paid for out of town work. Requirements: • Be at least 18 years of age. • Ability to travel to out of town work during week and/or weekends • Ability to lift 50+lbs • Ability to work in all weather. • Punctual and reliable. • Must be able to pass a drug and background check • Must have reliable transportation to work Eligible for Benefits within 60 days!
