Colonial Oaks Apartments is hiring for maintenance techs! Must have your own tools. You may get an offer for an immediate start date after an interview with the Property Manager! NO WEEKEND, NO ON CALL, NO EVENING WORK!! Schedule is Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch. You will be punching a time clock daily. You must have an ID to apply. You must have access to direct deposit so you can get paid. Pay is every other week submitted through direct deposit. Property now has 24/7 security on the property! We have Section 8, many voucher residents and conventional renters in our community. I will teach you Section 8 if you are willing to learn. The property is undergoing renovations and you will be very busy! We have work orders, turns and property related maintenance that is needed.
