General contractor seeking a trustworthy and organized project manager with knowledge of construction trades to keep large projects on track. Job description: You will start by shadowing the company owner, checking several job sites daily, getting trained in-depth in construction management, understanding of the trades across the industry, project management, business advertising, and project leads generation. In time you will work together with company owner going on leads, communicating project details to trades workers, and keeping track of multiple project's finances. Skills needed: Ambition for career in construction, must have a reliable car or truck, recent college graduate preferred, not required. Excellent communication, reliability, great attitude, level-head, leadership, project management, ambition for further growth. Speaking Spanish is a huge plus, but isn't required. This is a small and mighty company. We primarily work on residential projects such as kitchen and bathroom remodels, paint jobs, roofing, flooring, home additions, and garage conversions. We also have a handful of commercial projects including the build out of music and film studios. Opportunity for upward growth and increased responsibility over time, fast growing company.
