Retail space in NE Portland needs painting

I have a retail space, approximately 1000 square feet, that needs painting. Check out the attached photos (which include blueprints) and give me a ballpark price to paint the walls and the trim. Each door has trim around it and all the floors have trim as well. The floor and ceilings will remain as-is. The walls in most of the rooms need paint up to 10 ft tall. (The walls are 12 feet tall but the top 2 feet of every wall is already painted black and will remain black.) The bathroom, the hallway by the bathroom, and the room with the sink only have eight foot high ceilings. After I narrow it down, we can meet in person at the space (in North East Portland) and you can give me a final, firm price. Also, please indicate - how you'd paint the space (like if you have a sprayer, etc.) - your prior experience - how you typically do payment - your availabilty Be sure to include your email and phone number in the reply.
