Havas STREET is hiring (1) Part-Time Logistics coordinator - local to Portland, OR - to represent a popular spirits portfolio. This position requires up to (20) hours per week and must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per market needs. Position Overview: The Logistics Coordinator will serve as a brand resource in their assigned territory and will report to Territory Managers for direction on market activity and weekly logistical needs. Pay rate: $21/hr (before taxes, W2 employee – paid out weekly) + stipends Responsibilities: • Overall management of company assets to support local programming while exercising care and following operating instructions, safety standards, and guidelines • Communicate and work in cross-departmental collaboration on all projects included but not limited to creative, warehouse/POS management, and event production • Assemble kits, manage distribution & maintain accurate inventory of assets • Support logistical needs of activation for events (setup & tear down) • Organize, deliver/place permanent and temporary POS in accounts for activation, including visibility in stores; replenishing displays and shelf tags where needed • Ensure superb execution of the brand's strategy within designated format (non-premise, on/off premise) • Heavy focus within the inner-city agencies, transfers, and supporting off premise tastings • Ensure implementation of event safety elements including PPE, safety shields, sanitizing elements, etc. Requirements: • CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF VACCINATION UNLESS THEY HAVE A LEGITIMATE MEDICAL OR RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION • At least 1 year of sales/store merchandising experience in the adult-beverage industry • Able to lift, load, unload and move product -- up to 50 pounds • Have own reliable vehicle with willing to submit proof of clean driving record • Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as per market needs • Must be comfortable driving every day • Hourly rate paid weekly; stipends paid monthly (phone, internet, travel) To apply, respond with your name and a current resume
