JOB DESCRIPTION Carpenter - Dry Rot Repair Specialist We are looking for experienced carpenters with good woodworking skills to repair termite and dry rot damaged wood. Inspect, remove and dispose of damaged wood. Carefully and accurately measure, cut, or shape wood or drywall. Install and paint wood repairs or replacements. Provide quality customer service to homeowners, business owners, property managers, and realtors. Repair drywall and fixtures. Problem-solve issues and perform tasks timely to meet deadlines. Handle carpentry tools and machinery with caution and care. Communicate with the General Manager all issues that may arise. Perform other duties as it may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee Qualifications: Knowledge of construction and carpentry. Has good carpentry skills. Experience with woodwork on Fascia, Rafter Tails, Roof Sheathing Siding, Trim, Decks, and Patio Covers. Responsible and dependable. Able to work with minimal supervision. Great communication skills. Clean and professional. REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver's license Bilingual is a plus but not required Ability to pass background check and drug test Minimum of one year experience doing dry rot repairs SCHEDULE 7:30 - 4:30 PM M-F COMPENSATION: Benefits - Health Insurance, 401K, $25 hourly Send in your resumes to [email protected] or call (916) 371 - 0864
